Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mtmgoods.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@mtmgoods.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Sale items, gift cards, and free promotional gifts are also non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
